Good location

The room is really bad, bathroom is disguising, towels are worn out, one and tiny piece of soap and the worst kind, nothing in the old and disgusting bathtub, the toilet flusher breaks all the time. TV very old type, not even one box of tissue I, there was no microwave in the room as the picture shows, I have to ask for one,

Great location, comfortable bed and good use of space

There are NO coffee makers in rooms and NO coffee available on site.(should have been mentioned on website) In addition no tv service due to rain (clerk advised this is customary when rain arrives!)

Sofa had torn leather. Had a efficiency kitchen but no supplies... no dishes, silverware, or coffee pot.No papertowels.

The room was sub-par and poorly cleaned. Technically today but dust everywhere. Mold and rust in bathrooms. I didn't mind the layout of the room, I guess.

The staff, very poor level of customer service. The manager was beyond unprofessional and more akin to down right nasty and inhumane. Late checkout was requested for my pregnant fiancé while I ran to run an errand, request was made Before 11am checkout time. Hotel staff had an issue with this, which is at their discretion but contrary to what I was told before booking this reservation. I called and wanted to speak with the corporate office to ask about this courtesy. Customer care advised this was not an unreasonable request, they do it all the time. I eventually no longer needed the late checkout and decided to extend my stay, either as a walk in or through my previous reservation. The manager snatched the phone from Geena(front desk staff, the rep I was speaking with to extend the reservation and pay) and the manager tried her hardest to bait me into an argument. I told her that I did not inform her of an issue and that my main concern was getting my fiance out of the weather as she was outside sitting in 90°+ weather due to the hotels lack of hospitality. The manager advised me that I was not allowed to speak with the district manager, that he would not call, and that she was the only person I could speak with. Mind you I never asked her specifically to speak with anyone nor of any issue or inconvenience I'd had. She read a report submitted by customer care and proceeded to initiated this exchange in a confrontational manner. She suggested that we were transients or trying to get a free night, not sure how if they have my card on file and a $100 deposit but okay. The main focus was her nasty attitude when attempting to pay them and the nastiness she spewed after she snatched the phone, she used expletives during the call and when she realized I would not take the bait, she advised that extended stay is now declining to do business with me.

Clean room, fairly comfortable and quiet

The outside was not clean and inviting. Parking lot was messy and dirty and smelled bad. Sink drain was not working... a quick check before a new guest stayed would have caught that. Lobby doesn't until 9am and receipts are supposedly emailed. It's been more than 24 hours and I haven't received mine.

Tub and stove was not clean, I saw 2 baby roaches. One on my bed when I just checked in

Location was good.

Paid $90 for a room there was stuff on the walls things falling apart… also the toilet didn’t wanna flush at all.
