Econo Lodge Jacksonville South

It was located close to my area of interest in Jacksonville.

My room was a non smoking room but it clearly smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns on the blanket. The floors were not really clean and saw two roaches in the room.

Only a $25 cash deposit is required; the location is good; well lit and quiet property . Management is very people oriented good people skills .

The hotel needs to install new bath tubbs,put pillow tops on the mattresses, and upgrade their office computers to provide a faster check-in and check-out process .

The hotel is old, moldy in the bathroom, dirty floor. They only provide coffee in the lobby which needs to be cleaned with Clorox. It is time for this hotel to be remodeled or closed down. Th peeling paint on the walls of the bathroom, broken lamp fixtu

When there's a Bowl Game with people from out of town then yeah, it worked sorta ¿¿

They did provide us with an accessible room. the shower was easy for my husband to get in and out of.

The staff could not answer any of our questions to our satisfaction. None of the ice machines were working. The rooms needed to be up dated badly. The molding was falling off the walls. The beds were not comfortable at all.

Booked a non smoking room when we got to the hotel they told us it was overbooked and we were put in smoking room. The bedding was filled with burn holes. Supposed to be continental breakfast but there wasn't anything not even juice or coffee. Not impress

They were nice and friendly and helpful and they did make sure there were coffee made

lady at front desk was rude.she give me a room long way from parking lot.would not change my room.there are 200 rooms. I was charge $15 a night for my small dog.( 5x15 =$75) the hotel is truck driver hotel.water pressure was bad and smell very musty.

Towels and rags had little black hairs. There was Crumbs and cigar paper in the bed after pulling the sheets back.

Bottom floor end room great for our use.

Disappointed that they didn¿t have breakfast available as stated in write up. The lady at the receiving counter said the reason for no food served was explained on the page displayed by the counter.

Front desk dude, smell of room, toilet stopped up, key wouldn’t work

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The non-smoking room smelled of stale cigarettes, mold, and regret. We asked for another room. But when we arrived it smelled even more like mold than the first room.

I liked everything about this hotel stay. The front desk staff was very understanding and helpful. They do make sure the comfort and safety and reputation of the place. The breakfast was great. One of the best econolodge I have stayed ever.

Well nothing to complain. They may get more additional food comments if they modify some of the breakfast items. May be eggs for protein:)

Affordable, room had a fridge and microwave. Close to highway.

It wasn't really that clean, but I didn't have high expectations with the star level. Neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy.

The maintanace man and cleaning lady finally came through and got the room Lockable

It was sticky, the tiles were falling off, there were clouds of dust on everything, the floor left our feet jet black and again, sticky, the sheets had not stains but 3-D yellow muck, the lock on the door did not work (literally could not lock the door.
