Cleanest, no staff at check out and the room smelled

The price..it was a studio. I was traveling and need to stop to sleep.

Unfortunately the smell of the room was terrible.... And I think the bed has bugs... Very old room.

The staff!! They were all amazing with great customer service. Very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place

There really wasn’t anything I had an issue with, if I had to pick something I would just say the building is a little outdated but still livable and has everything you need, my bathroom door in my room would not shut all the way but overall great stay

The staff. Everyone I came in contact with, that works there, were absolutely the best! They all have amazing personalities and such great customer service. Definitely recommend staying here

Honestly the only and really ONLY thing that bothered me (and really didn’t bother me too much) was my bathroom door just didn’t close properly

The room had roaches we had to go purchase roach spray and do a theral cleaning to the room cause they had with held a additional $100 which we did no plan for so we had to tough it out and do a major cleaning to the room which we purchased a extra $22

The first staff they had were nice.

after staying there for six weeks, they decided to charge me $100 deposit. kick me out because I didn?t have it. Tried to charge me $25 a day for an emotional support animal. I called their guest relations three times. No response. Wish I could write more

A shame. Dirty Dirty and direty. Horrible smells a refuge for Homeless a full toxicomanes. The pictures are Fake. This not a h�tel. I sleep in m'y cars with my childrens for s�curit� of everything. We took pictures about the true reality.

Why you let so much Time to d�clare ? I Lost my money because m'y phone IS from Europe i c'ant call in USA expepted in WiFi. That night i spok whith pour intelligence artificielle and WE meet the storm Debby. When i try to do it the site tald me to late.

Thier housekeeping clean the rooms every 14 days, front desk staff was rude,

Room wreaked of cigarettes, shower constantly leaking, allergic reaction to cat fur that was left on bed, filthy hallways and elevator, pool not open, Housekeeping showed up before check-out time with minimal cleaning supplies, chlorine smell from shower

My ac didn't work,it was, late so i just opened the windows,as i were washing clothes in the morning they said they dont sale washing powders being rude, too much staff rudeness and attutude im sure extended stay can do better then that

NOTHING - this hotel was infested with ROACHES!

The room and the bathroom were disgusting, mildew on the ceiling and walls, german roaches were crawling all over everything, the counters the floor the toilet it was horrible!! NEVER again you should take them off your hotel list

Not very clean. Only 1 towel provided and half roll of toilet tissue for 3 day stay. Also there never seems to be a trash can in the rooms.

Hotel was dirty, trash from previous renters still in the trash can, blood on the walls, shower was dirty and mold around the bath, mirrors has fingerprints all over, floor was dirty and they over charged my credit card

Extremely dirty hotel. I booked a 2 bedroom room. Was only given one towel for 2 people. They said we had to get our own towel and wash it. No one came to clean our room in the 3 days we stayed there.

When I arrived I had to search the building for the staff working the front desk and that took about 10 minutes and on top of that they had no rooms available

Yeah the staff did not check reservations before renting out rooms because their were several people who had reservations and did not get a room
