Rain Head shower!!! Friendly & cordial Front Desk Spacious Room

it was at a good location and wasn't too expensive.

Not enough staff, had to wait for dining service. Room was too cold and I had no control of the thermostat to adjust it. No complimentary anything. I expect free coffee, at least, in the morning.

Cleanliness and comfort of bed.

The heating unit in my room did not work. I addressed this concern with the staff on more than one occasion but it wasn't fixed and neither was I moved to another room. I was cold and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Also, smoking in front of the hotel.

Location is safe and close to food and shopping. Even though the rooms were outdated, popcorn ceilings, textured walls, they were clean.

The hotel had a corporate client that rented large amount of rooms for college marketing students. They were slamming Doors all night and were loud and partying. I got no rest as it continued until 3:30AM. The manager did contact me and offer a gift cert

The staff very friendly

Hotel was fine. Just had kids being loud in Galway late at night maybe have staff walk halls to keep this from happening

We were in Jacksonville FL for a funeral and arrived before check in and the staff accommodated us with an early check in so we could arrive at the funeral on time.

The staff at the hotel was great

Considering there were only a couple of eating in the dining room it seemed like we were getting little to no service. Food was okay but as usual too much

staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. bed was comfortable.

walls seemed a little thin. we heard people next door but it didn't keep us up.

Housekeeping left trash in room from previous guest. It was under nightstands, so I guess they did a quick center of the room vacuum!

the front desk was very personable, she was real and positive, the best part of the stay.

the restaurant was very over priced and not inviting...the waitress was nice but I would not eat there again.

There was little to no sound insulation in the room, I could clearly hear the neighboring rooms activities throughout the night and was woken up more than once by loud guests in the hall all throughout the night. I ended up leaving at 3am because of this.

It wasn't as nice as I expected for a 3.5 star and the price. It seemed like an old hotel that they tried to make look nice with a few nice fixtures. The room has an old stale smell to it. LOTS of noise through the night on my floor

I was very surprised that no refridagator was in the room and the room was cold and also there was a water drip in the shower.

Upon arrival, we were quicly greeted by the staff. You were immediately made to feel like a special guest. Check in was quick and simple. The room was clean and quiet.

Very clean, great bed, nice staff.

There is no refrigerator in the room. It was hard to keep my diet coke cold!

Heated pool for the kids

I only booked this hotel because it said it had a spa. I have back problems and was looking forward to soaking in a nice hot tub. But was very disappointed to see it filled with plants. I almost thought about leaving.

Clean nice hotel

Everything we expected and more. The room was clean and the staff was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff. Extremely accommodating.
