Staff was very friendly and helpful

TV was inoperable. Desk attendant was very nice and found batteries for the remote, but that wasn't the problem. At 1am, I didn't care. Found the power strip unplugged behind the chest, plugged it, everything worked, you're welcome

Nothing. Ended up not staying. Need a refund.

No shower chair. Smell in the room. Staff was rude. Ended up not being able to stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for the concert location. Very easy to locate right off the highway.

Let me tell you, the staff (kitchen and receptionist/desk personnel) need some work in hospitality. They were both very rude to customers (us at the desk and us and others in the breakfast area).

The bathroom was filthy, the shower was fill with mildew and mold. I had to bath in the sink. My husband could not stand trying to stand on the shoer floor. The water ran out the shower and flooded the bathroom floor.

It was under renovation, there was no lobby, they had no toiletries available, the room had a musty smell.

My Room was not ready until 6pm even though checkin was 3pm. Room had stains all over the floor and the furniture. Bathtub was peeling and rough on your feet.

The bathroom needs attention... Mold in the shower caulk, leaky shower door, etc.

The breakfast and the breakfast staff. The food was made with love, fresh and tasty. Excellent atmosphere and prompt, professional and friendly service.

The bathroom tub didn't drain properly in one room. I switched to another room and encountered the same situation. Definitely a plumbing problem.

We have stayed here multiple times as a stopping point on way to Orlando We always enjoy it. The breakfast is good and staff is excellent. Being able to checkin,pick our room and use phone for the key are perfect since we are usually arriving late

First room had sunk and toilet backed up. Second room had a couple lights burned out. Especially in the bathroom where ladies need light to apply make up. Also did not know we had to pay for parking- we didn¿t have to do that the last time we stayed the

There was a plumbing issue throughout the hotel. The entire 1st and 2nd floor smelled of sewage. Contractors were on site to address however it was not a pleasant first impression.

Yes, the parking is horrible! I could barely find a spot and they were too small to park in. I had a difficult time getting out of my car trying not to bump the car door next to me! Awful, because I drive a brand new Nissan Rogue and I was hoping no dent

Carpet was peeling up from the floor. Furniture was moved away from the walls, lamps were unplugged. The towel were not supper clean.

Location and staff were amazing. Only issue was neither television worked after we switched rooms.

The television didn't work. Moved rooms and the other TV had the same issue.

Friendly staff. Responded quickly when I noted the refrigerator was not working.

The room was a bit dirty. The couch was stained. The refrigerator was not working but the quickly remedied this issue.
