- Staff and cleanliness
- Nothing, the hotel was closed when we arrived. It was simply an abandoned building. Someone came out and told us there was an issue between the owner and Radisson back in 2022.

- he room and the hotel had a horrible odor to it. The room was a lot worse than the hotel itself. Half the elevators were out of order. The Ice machine on our floor was out of order and the bathroom in the hotel room was just nasty! With plenty more issues
