- I have always stayed at this hotel. This particular time I wasn't given the river view after given me the room I had no chairs on the balcony and after calling several times I was told it was a safety risk.....that I could not understand.
- Ruth Chris restaurant.
- Filthy dirty carpets, beat up vanity and bureau, balcony door didn't lock, tub worn out, first desk clerk was rude. Had to fight for the type of room I booked. High priced dump. Restaurant never opened.
Cons -
- Not given the room that I reserved. Not given chairs when asked for the balcony having to call the front desk multiple times and hotel employee was very unprofessional on several occasions. This has been my worst visit?
- Old...dated...no bell staff. And especially, no cookies ar check in.
- Pretty much everything except the view.
