Need to secure gate for parking lot & video surveillance

The location was great. It is in close proximity to a lot of shopping and restaurants. It was close to the interstate making lots of locations easily accessible.

I usually have no issues when I come to this hotel. The staff is normally very friendly. Because of this I normally stay here when I come to town. I brought guest with me and it was not the best experience.

Good location near 5 points downtown. Clean, new room full of amenities. Courteous staff. Nice outdoor area with grills and a fire pit. Nice breakfast

Could not set the thermostat in the room, first hotel I've ever been to where it's locked out. 70 degrees is too cold for me. Also parking lot filled up at night and had to park next door at a jimmy johns. Breakfast ends too early.

All staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms design and accommodations are universally practical and useful

The Ev charger is only for Tesla! Not any other charging vehicles! Breakfast could have been better for the price of hotel!

Good location, comfortable bed, hot shower with good water pressure, and very good value for the price. The stay was pleasant and met expectations.

There was nothing significant to dislike during the stay.

Location and that it was nice and clean

The only thing I didn’t like was the room I was in the door didn’t close properly unless you lifted up on the knob

I liked the cleanliness and the ease in checking in and out.

There wasn't enough parking.

Staff was nice. The manager Jamar Lyman said he would comp the entire stay due to the unsanitary state of the room but he would have to wait on booking.com to give me my money back.

It was disgusting. Blood on the sheets, brown stains all over the bathroom.

Too much noise ( tv loud Plus music too loud ) in the lobby areas.Players Grille ridiculously loud, even when no one was there but us. Grace was kind enough to turn it down.

Spacious 1 bed apartment. Complete kitchen with utensils. Near the interstate

The sofa bed was not ready for us. The duvet cover was dirty when we took it out of the bag.

Breakfast did not seem to be high priority. They opened late. The waffle batter and yogurt dispensers were broken. The juice dispenser was broken as well. There was no bacon, had to ask repeatedly for bacon. Most items were in poor supply. There were two bagels all together and no other options for bread.

I really enjoyed how clean and comfortable the property was. The staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and well-kept. It was a great place to unwind.

The only downside was that the parking wasn’t the best, it was a bit limited and could be more convenient.

From check-in to early morning check-out all was better than expected in terms of facility, amenities and friendly, professional staff. The breakfast had delicious options and was plentiful.

I would encourage management to research a better display/storage system for the hot food options - current dispenser is difficult to select/retrieve items from the trays.
