- The pro staff is very friendly, but we told him that we smell smoke marijuana
- Location
- Check in front desk was very helpful moved his car so we could park.
Cons -
- It looks OK but the carpet doesn’t look like they clean that good or somehow it doesn’t look like vacuum that good
- The room was very dirty. They did offer to change the room, but we were not in the room much but to sleep for our trip purposes.
- The check out staff charged my card and I had already paid so now we have to wait for refund. If it doesn?t show in ten days we have to call them back what a hassle. The smoke alarm light was flashing all night.

Clean and good breakfasts
TV in room kept coming on at random times throughout the night
There were kids screaming across the hall and outside my window until 1am. I was on the first floor so I can't believe no staff member addressed this. Terrible nights sleep.
Convient to interstate. Several restaurants, and shopping. Elevates look. Nice breakfast. In general clean and quiet.
$3 parking fee is not customary for this area of the country and didn't offer any added perks. The furniture and walls had some staining and damage, but appeared to have attempted cleaning/repair. Bed was quite firm for my preference.
Rooms are very spacious. Love the high ceilings and big windows.
Tub could have been cleaner. Some corners of the tub were black, possibly mold, I don?t know.
The location is great.
The sink was clogged and the water pressure was low.
The location was very convenient to everything I needed to visit.
The hotel had my registration with my name and confirmation number under a different address and email. Very unnerving. I didn't like the parking charge. It was only $3 and it seemed petty. Build it into the cost of the room if it's that insignificant.
Clean, comfortable, roomy.
The guests directed above us were having a children¿s party, they were running and jumping past 9pm. After the front desk asked them to keep it down I had to request a room change which thehonored immediately. Once in our new room we had no more issues.
Outstanding. Joyce at the front desk made the experience even better as she was pleasant, greeted guests cheerily and made them feel wanted, and was incredibly helpful in any way she could be.
Pool pump was damaged by lightening. In July, fixing the pump so that the pool could be used again should have been a "Top of the List" priority - but it was not. Pool was "out of order" for the last two days of our stay.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The happy hour wine selection could have been better.
Breakfast selection could have been more substantial and healthy.
The room layout
Clean room and very spacious.
Fresh and clean, unique and beautiful room layout!
I like how the facility was close to everything we wanted to do. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and it was close to that facility as well as local eats.
The beds were so firm and uncomfortable. Wish the bathroom door actually closed/locked and not just have a slider door. Breakfast had a wide variety; however, the yogurt was grainy and the eggs were soggy.
Staff and facilities were fine. Breakfast was adequate for this type of hotel. We stayed there for a family funeral and had booked an extra day. However, we had another family emergency and had to return to our home a day early. Although, I wasn't particularly hopeful, both the hotel staff and Booking.com worked with us to get a refund for the last day we had pre-paid, which was very much appreciated.
I was appalled that at the front desk there was a sign stating that there was a $3 per day parking fee. This is not a city center hotel with a parking garage or valet parking. This is a hotel built in the middle of a parking lot! --the equivalent of a 'motel' or 'motor inn.' I have traveled across the country and in many countries outside the USA staying in similar hotels and inns and have NEVER been charged a parking fee. I think it is obnoxious. No one appreciates being nickeled and dimed. It would be better to just raise the rate by $3 per day than to add on an obviously unnecessary charge. No one walks to this hotel (for instance, from a train station or airport). Everyone arrives in a car. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I think it is beneath the Marriott corporation to inflict such a ridiculous charge on their guests. Perhaps it is this hotel's individual management team that has decided this is a good idea to pocket several hundred dollars a day without sharing a percentage with the corporation or booking agencies. I think it is despicable. And, by the way, so did all of our other family members who stayed there for the funeral.I did NOT like the brand of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash products in the shower, Alice + Co. Botanical. Each one had a different scent the last of which was sickeningly sweet strawberry. I would prefer a dish detergent scent to fruit in my cleansing products. My suggestion: go neutral or unscented. People want to feel clean, not like a fruit basket.

Breakfast was good. The staff was great. The location was also great. Easy access to everything. The room was fantastic.
The floor in the room had dried rose petals on the floor from a previous customer. Also, the sink stopper was in the closed position. I had to go under the sink to push the stopper back up so water could drain. The food was only warm.
