Clean, great breakfast and check in staff was so helpful and professional!

Clean room

The guests on my floor (adults) made a lot of noise through the night, running up and down the hallways talking loudly and the hotel staff didn't do anything.

Brand new, not yet abused by negligent travelers. Clean, pretty, nice staff, quiet.

That i couldn't stay longer.. it's the nicest hotel I have stayed in, in a very long time

Very enjoyable stay

Everything was nice. However we booked double bed suite (side sitting area) with a kitchen. The side sitting area was not included. Staff stated that the room needed to be cleaned. We still paid the regular fees for our room with less space. This does not stop us from returning.

Breakfast was not appetizing. Seemed very much on the cheap. Went out for breakfast. Bacon was so thin and seemed microwaved. Ate at McDonalds. So added to the hotel cost. But the staff was inviting and friendly, and accommodating to find me coffee after it had been put up. Great staff all around!

Room is large and clean. Hotel looks new

Towels are thin. Breakfast is too simple. Coffee is very weak. No fruit.

The Breakfast was like staying at Days Inn. When you pay $150 a night you expect the breakfast to be fresh. I stayed in room 112 and seen roaches in kitchen thats the reason I checked out early. I didn't expect that it was horrible. Came from under the Fridge and dishwasher.

The staff was not as friendly as they were my last trip to Jacksonville. I returned because of the staff - I will consider other properties because of the lack of friendliness this trip

Perfect location for an early flight and adjacent to longer tern parking.

The driver of the airport transport was rude and lecturing. We requested. 6:00 am ride and were 2 minutes late. We waited 20 minutes then contracted a UBER. The hotel driver arrived and ,when asked why he didn’t wait the two minutes for known riders, we were lectured that the other riders were in a hurry. He further went on to say that in the future, we should arrive 10 minutes before his departure time. We elected to continue on with the Uber as opposed to riding with arrogant individual.
