The was clean and okay.

The pool was not in working order and was the main reason for booking. The shower water smelled like ocean and I couldn’t feel clean. 7day stay the staff cleaned the room once. Day one the body wash already a quarter to finish. It wasn’t filled.

There was black mold on the ceiling and the pillows are very cheap and lumpy. I am have sensitive allergies and they were aggravated by the black mold.

The room was very comfortable

Pictures showed a hot tub with the indoor pool.There was no hot tub.

the hotel location was perfect. The cleaning women were also very friendly.

Customer service was lacking on multiple levels, the cleanliness was just okay at best. If you bring your pet, they charge 75. There are other hotels I have stayed at nearby that were far superior on every level and don't charge for pets.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. We had maid service everyday during our one week stay--not all hotels do this anymore. Breakfast was adequate and there was plenty. Liked our room which was a studio. Will return.

It met all our expectations. I put solo trip because just my adult son stayed overnight but I spent time with him daily and enjoyed breakfast with him.

The pillows & the pool had too much chlorine besides being an indoor pool the water was freezing

Decor was updated. The person hosting and monitoring the breakfast area sat around on her cell phone instead of paying attention when things ran out. Attitude was unfriendly. Otherwise everything was good. Stayed two nights so same both days.

They changed us location was good

They changed us $49 for a resort fee and there pool was closed and none of our three tvs worked. We tried to call the front desk six different times for help and no one would answer.

Bathroom configuration with sink outside the shower/toilet area. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Sink/Mini Fridge/Countertop & Storage space for snacks/food. Located close to a variety of restaurants and just a few minutes from the beach.

Definitely not a 10 on clean. Carpet and tile were both sticky in places. Toilet seal leaks (within tank - not on floor) causes water to run. Tub faucet drips. Sometimes turning the faucet back on and then off again stops this drip.

Staff were very accommodating for real-time changing situations at Mayo Clinic. They also gave insights into local restaurants based on types of food.

The bathroom was a little run down. Cracked wall/ceiling paint and the overhead light was flickering.

Ideal location, courteous staff, good breakfast (not a whole lot on the menu) but good. Very nice, clean and good smelling room, big bathroom.

Pool was cold. Picked this hotel initially bc it had an indoor pool. Stayed in the hot tub but started to get bit by red ants. Had 3 crawling on my back that my daughter had to flick off.

Cockroach in my room. Water would shutoff in shower (annoying drips). The last day toilet wouldn¿t flush Breakfast was not attended well.

The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. There were no issues during out stay. The staff we encountered were all professional.

The only minor annoyance was that the main door to the lobby was always locked. The area didn't seem to warrant the precaution.

Nice room and location was pretty good.

Had to run hot water tap in bathroom sink for 3-5 minutes before it began to warm up. Water in shower became warm within a minute or so, but sink was really slow to warm.

I chose this hotel due to location, the fact I belong to their rewards program and what I expect from prior experiences with this brand name hotel with previous stays in other locations.

Overpromise and underdeliver. Grubby with visible stains, fingerprints and layers of dust clearly visible to the guest just wallking down the hallway. Clearly the manager chooses not to notice obvious problems. Breakfast is a joke, few choices.
