Price was cheap. Location was convenient and right by the highway.

The room was dirty, the mattress was stained, and the interior smelled musty and was humid. The fridge froze all my food, even on the lowest setting. The price was moderately low, but I was expecting it to be a bit cleaner for the price I paid.

Breakfast - only offered the BARE MINIMUM - Hotel employee was old and hard, warm buffet lacking choices. No bacon, no eggs Bathroom floors were sticky and dirty - no towels - had to request Countertops in bedroom were sticky, including remote control -

The staff members were nice. When show the condition of the 1st room she gave me, she gave me another room.

The first room they gave me had roach on the bed.

Nothing at all this was the worst experience ever, the room looked clean but it wasn¿t at all the trash from the previous guest was still in the trash, bathroom wasn¿t clean at all, laid in the bed felt like something was crawling on me

They had bed bugs ¿¿, the staff was very nasty , they charged me for smoking and I don¿t smoke also the room didnt smell like smoke either, the manager was extremely rude, racist, egotistical, narcissist.. this is by far the worst experience ever ..

Location for traveling through Jacksonville was convenient. Hotel check-in staff was through and very pleasant.

Convenient location for highway travel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall the room was tidy. But, the room did not have the air on when we arrived and it smelled very musty. The bathroom floor and shower needed additional cleaning (multiple hairs present).

The staff! Our check-in lady was having some computer issues, but she handled it very well, and got us checked in a quickly as she could. The other staff was also very helpful and friendly.

The surrounding area was a little shady. A lot of people loitering in the parking area that were not staying at the hotel. The location is convenient, but sketchy. Not the hotel's fault, though.

We had booked this room for a preacher and his family traveling. When they got to the room about 10 pm there were cockroaches in the room. There were no other rooms available so this man, his wife, and 6 children left and drove 6 hours home during night!

Bad smell in room. Disrepair. Bed sagged bad. attendant couldn’t work card machine and asked for 3 different addresses which was uncomfortable since her cell phone was on and laid on the desk next to us so her friend could hear. Couldn’t wait to get

It was right off the highway and I was able to get to where I was going quickly, my room was clean and the overall hotel was clean.

The hotel room was neat and clean and in good repair.

Located in a little bit of a seedy area. Very little hotel parking. Had to park next door at convenience store where extra parking was located. Was worried my vehicle would be broken into. Lots of people walking around outside and on street.

Clean and affordable. The place was very clean, well maintained, friendly employees, comfortable and affordable.

The only thing was the grout to the shower tiles could use a good scrub. Other than that the place was very clean. Location was questionable. My husband was approached by a couple of people hanging out at the gas station right next door.

The room was very nice. Good bed and shower.

It is supposed to be smoke free but the elevators and stairwell had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Plus it is in a bad area of town. Lots of homeless people hanging around outside.

Th Hotel was very close to the highway. room was a bit small but looks like it was recently remodeled. Really nice bathroom with a big shower.
