Clean, great location

Parking was too expensive: 30.00 a day!

One of the best hotels in been at. Staff is super kind and sweet. It's clean everywhere!

A little disappointed in the Breakfast. You have to wake up really early, 6:30am to make sure the breakfast is fresh.

Room was extremely musty. Tub was deeply stained. Dishwasher smelled of mildew. Thermostat in bedroom didn't work, needed a battery. Claim to have room service, but no menus in room, or online. Jacuzzi was slimy, as was pool. I want my money back. Beware.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly.

I paid for a king room with a roll in shower, however I was given a king room with a tub that was supposed to have a shower chair. I asked about the accessibility bathroom and told it was not available as a long term guest is in that room.NO shower chair

Room was not clean- found items under pull out bed. Tub was tarnished at bottom and looked dirty. Cups in cabinet were dirty. Also blankets were very thin.

Everything. Breakfast was horrible, just a poor selection. The staff was not friendly at all. No daily cleaning, the room was semi clean, just all in all not a nice hotel. Will not recommend or return. Too bad there was no restaurant and bar.

Towels needed to be softer for the price paid for the room. Desk chair needed cleaning.

Great location especially for MD Anderson hospital/clinic or Baptist hospital Breakfast was ok, the room looked clean.

The floors need to be cleaned better, if you shower then go barefoot your feet will be dirty, the shower needs more attention to detail cleaning. We have stayed here multiple times the beds are hit or miss, sometimes hard as a rock sometimes soft/comfy

The breakfast was great!

The lobby was the only thing clean and updated about this hotel. Everything else was dated. Also, the gym was filthy! I had to wipe all the equipment down two days in a row before I could use it. It appears that they were probably short-staffed.

Location and room size were perfect. Location was close to downtown and easy to find. Room was spacious.

I was not notified about the car parking charge until I saw the charge on bill.

The location, front desk, pool maintenance personnel, amd Resturant crew each employee I came in contact in these areas were very friendly and polite

Linen had stains, house keeping failed to clean room the next day, new linen and towels were requested twice, only received towels. Front desk was helpful to their best but housekeeping was awful.

The people they had next to me was so loud. Babies crying all night and guest in the room fighting

Staff was very helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the evening dinner reception.

The pool area is small and space for lounge chairs is limited.

This hotel was a very nice surprise as far as the size of the room for the price.

The front desk was frequently unmanned and calling for room service was a challenge. The phone would ring dozens of times before it was picked up.

Everything was great. The included dinner and breakfast was awesome. If you're going to a Jacksonville football game, this is the place to stay. Shuttle service from the hotel to the stadium and back. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious room, hot buffet breakfast, nice pool area, close to restaurants, MOSH museum, and other attractions. Very clean, nice staff, sitting area and a pool table. We will come stay again!!

Parking fee daily. We didn't realize there were parking charges. Guests of the hotel should not have to pay for parking.

Location and the staff.

We traveled 2.5 hours after a long night with family, and our room was not ready until after 6pm. Room was over priced for the condition of the furniture.

The room was clean and we had a great view. Also, location was excellent.

The parking fees are $10.00/day, which is crazy. This isn't a resort. Also, the front desk staff seemed uninterested in guest services. I asked if fruit or anything could be placed out earlier for breakfast (6:30am) and the answer was flat out "no."
