Only a few staff that was. Very nice good hospitality

We got kicked out from there this one lady very rude she didn't give us a chance n were going to make the late fee payment so she was very rude to us and told us to leave i would recommend if they get rid of that one lady

Ac didn't work, water never got hot, towels were horribly cheap

It was quiet and the staff was nice and it looks like this management is actually trying to renovate times. And I love that they don't charge a deposit you just pay for your room and they're not holding up ur money or your charge for God knows how long

I don't really care for places that have vending machines that only take coins like come on get a company in that has card capacity

Location

The bed spread was stained the blanket had cigarrette burns it smelled of smoke smoke free room no coffee in room carpet was stained they locked me out of my room and no one was in the office to let me in. cheap bars of soap no shampoo don't stay here.

Parking right in front of room bed was low enough so I could transfer from my wheelchair alone with no help bathroom almost perfect for wheelchair chair person

The shower hand held head was too high could not reach alone needed help no coffee pot in room air conditioner was super loud could not sleep well there was a big hole in bathroom door

Reasonable rates and location is perfect

The floors need to be redone. I am not heavy and I felt like I was going to fall through the floors. Have had 2 different rooms and floors were the same in each one.

Bed bugs ate my wife's face up her neck pulled back the sheets and seen live bed bugs no water pressure and bed bugs with no compensation

The hotel is very dirty and the staff are rudest person I ever met . When you make a reservation in that hotel , even though they don¿t have any rooms available, they still gonna charge you a fee for cancellation.

Please never send me over there!

The Price and the Location

While the price is great, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are old, dirty. Wifi is spotty at best. Floors need some vacuuming and securing as you walk through the rooms you can feel the floor sink below your feet.

Carpet need cleaning carpet damage, No phone serv. They placed all the BLACK"s in the Back, AC need some repairs, we all had to show ID, no coffee no continental breakfast, who does that?

The problem we had is there were guest to vegan playing loud music just down from our room at 1:30 to 2:30. Keep us awake.

Your handicap room bathroom was not what was advertised. I had to climb over tub and it was hard for me.

There is nothing I liked about the motel they were rude and talked bad about me behind my back I was told one thing by employee and I was told I was wrong when I was told something they disrespected me my whole stay and I will tell everyone to avoid motel

Every employee and owner was the worst I've ever seen and I've been to 7 states in a year I will be getting ahold of b.b.b

That i was only there for one evening

There were dead roaches in the room telephone, the sheets had bedbugs on them, the shower was filthy, the room smelled awful, cigarette holes in sheets. i am glad that i was there for only one evening.

The nastiest place I've ever been. If your cool with finding bloody weapons under a bed with no fitted sheets and hairs all in the flat sheet this is the place for you! If you smoke crack,sell drugs ! This is the place for you! Holes in the floor roaches

Everywhere! This place needs to be shut down! The hotel owner is a piece of crap! I really hate this place only was there a few hours!he wouldn't do anything to make the situation better! Fire your damn house keepers,and front desk staff! Sell this place!

The rooms where very dirty.its smelled nasty and stink.the staff gave me the wrong key twice.

The location to the venue.

The staff was rude. Especially the front desk lady. Housekeeping took our towels and did not replace them. The phone in the room wasn't connected to the outlet. They gave my friend a key to the room without him being on the reservation.
