Best Western Plus Jacksonville West

Furniture in the room looked like really second hand, scuffed, scratched, dented, used badly. And the bathroom tub had stains. The towels were very thin, practically useless.

Clean nice and quiet room. Great location for our one stay close to our destination.

Checking out process was slow. There was no one on the entrance to check customers out. We had an appointment to reach and had to leave so we left the room cards in a basket but had to return to ensure check was closed. An opportunity to improve.

Waited for checkin almost 25 minutes for an employee to get back from *unknown*. The elevator was disgusting. Very creepy feeling. Then I finally got in my room and shortly after there was some ruckus in the hallway.

The shower had low pressure. Housekeeping seems to start late in the day.

Did not meet my expectations of what a Best Western Plus should look like. Poor service from young girl at night to the woman at the desk in the morning who has very poor customer service skills and never moves from her chair

in the bathroom sink and shower running water on the floor. The whole hotel and room smells of dampness.

For us the location was excellent. Multiple places to eat and gas up the vehicles. Access to several major highways and streets.

The lighting in the room was very dim. Could not even see well in the bathroom mirror.

Overall it was very nice

Before I booked the reservation I called and asked if the pool was open and was assured it was. When we got there we checked and there was a sign saying the pool was closed even though it was sparkling clean and clear water. It was that way the whole week

clean and quiet. The front desk was very friendly.

The grab/go breakfast on the weekend left something to be desired but I was told it was a staffing issue so I guess I can't fault them. The only real complaint was the janky wifi. I never could get my wife's phone connected.

Hotel did not serve hot breakfast on weekend. The grab and go breakfast was absolutely horrible. The a/c in room went out.

It was clean

There is only one small elevator. The room could use a better ironing board and iron.

Convenient

Staff was sparse. Little to no house keeping. The room keys kept getting demagnetized.

The location was great for our needs and price are reasonable

The night staff called our room at after 11pm to ask if our kids were making noise because she was under us and heard something. The next night our kids were playing and at 6pm she called and told us we had to keep it down because we were bothering her.

Clean hotel, quiet, great location for us

The hotel was convenient to many restaurants and a grocery store. The staff were all very friendly. Hotel employee checked us in and was very helpful.

The couch and seats had stains and food debris on them. The internet was so/so.

Super friendly gal at check in. She was kind and quick and very helpful.

Location to my work.

Room door lock did not work well. Bathroom lighting is like a cave. Room temp. was 82degrees when entered. A/C was very loud and did not cool room at all. Curtains and lampshades have stains on them.Wall behind lobby desk is stained,faded and gross.

Great breakfast, friendly helpful staff and manager, spacious nicely decorated room, fridge microwave and coffee maker in room.

Too hot in common areas. Carpet in room could have been vacuumed more thoroughly- there was dirt and even garbage near baseboards and at the edges of and under furniture.
