Hotel employee was very courteous and friendly at the front desk. Glad she was there.

I didn’t like the surprise $12.33 feet to park my car there. It soured my experience and it wasn’t easy to pay either. Had to scan a PR code, go to a website, enter a bunch of data, then type in a credit card number.

I lived how the room was clean and no bugs.

The breakfast was a little chaotic in the morning. They only had one waffle flavor and it was banana and the pour machine was clogged so people were sticking there hands in the batter with a cup which was very unsanitary. The yogurt machine kept clogging

no hot water, bathroom sink clogged, flat pillows, kitchen area dirty, utensils dirty with food stains, air conditioner did not function We left at 6am!

Close to the airport

I was notified upon arrival of an additional $10.00 charge for parking. The room smelled terrible; the shower did not have hot water.

The rooms felt spacious.

The hotel room was not clean. It smelled musty, had multiple stains in the carpet, and the bathroom still had hair on the sink and floor. The floor had also obviously not been mopped in a long time. At the price point, I was shocked.

Most of the receptionists were friendly. One did state I should possibly try showering in the rain for warmer water (not funny).

No hot water for the entire stay. The bathroom floor was sticky.

Staff was rude at check in. Did not get my room until after 4pm. Staff did not apologize and just left me waiting with no time frame of when I would get my room. No hot water in room.

Waited 15-20 minutes before being recognized at the front desk. Not a warm reception.

The home feel in the room.

They said they would do a little something for my son for his engagement and didn¿t do anything. Also said they would call me when the room was ready and did not.

The location was convenient and the staff were nice.

My room 404 was nice however there was an overwhelmingly strong smell of pet urine in the carpet and there was a urine stain on one of the bed¿s comforters. The staff changed the bedding while I was out but the room was still wreaking of urine and the be

Cleanliness, free hot breakfast, quiet

Bathroom door was a sliding door and didn't have a lock! Bedroom door was easily unlocked with a coin. Only bathroom was in bedroom so guest had to come in bedroom to use it.

I would prefer that the hot water was hot (4th floor) not lukewarm after letting it run for 10 minutes.

new manager has ruined previously good property. no water pressure in shower . 1 toaster for bread with 2 slice capacity. very rude and ignorant manager who would not give me her card. no maintenance person on duty.

The space and it was really clean

The lady at the desk when I checked in she was very nice to other customers who came in but when it came to me she made me feel not as important as the other people didn't tell me about the hours to pool or what time breakfast was nothing.

I like the fact that the hotel was close to the airport

The hotel was extremely dirty.. even the kitchen sink was has filthy we could be.. there were stains in the carpet.. I felt disgusted the whole time I was there.. I got myself some cleaning supplies and cleaned the room my self & felt better

Proximity to shops

It was not as clean as it should be. Shower was dirty. Cleaning ladies were gossiping every morning and complaining about the boss.
