The room was unique in design and had a very large tv selection

Location was good

Bed was hard, pillows were too flat and not comfortable. Gap around the room door let light in so it was bright at night and couldn't sleep well. Breakfast was limited

I liked the bed and the bathroom (wish it had carpet) overall it was cozy

The WiFi in the room wasn't working for the TV so we couldn't use the television. I told front desk they sent the maintenance guy up and he was just like oh I don't know how to fix this and just left. No help whatsoever so we're just went to sleep.

The facilities were very clean including the continental breakfast area. I like how the hotel has a few amenities for their guests to enjoy as well, like the fitness room, and a few gaming tables. The rooms were nice and clean as well.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I was only there for 2 nights and I have no complaints.

Front desk agent was very welcoming and pleasant. He told us about the amenities and even check in on us after check-in to see if we needed anything

There were strands of hair located everywhere throughout the room. The bath tin had strands of hair in it. We pulled the covers back to get in the bed and there were at least five strands of hair located on the pillow cases and sheet. Also, the sheet did not fit the bed causing it to not be tucked over the mattress completely. The hair just made the room feel unsanitary. For it to be a new hotel, we expected a little better honestly.

Nothing after I checked out I was charged a extra $258 on top of The$140 for the night I was there

Nice quiet location, very good breakfast, very nice fitness center and pool, very clean in all areas, 24/7 coffee, comfortable bed, and very spacious room and bathroom.

Room is sparsely furnished with only one desk chair for seating.

Probably because you have a new location, my car GPS could not find you. It would be good if you included a sentence warning people not to follow their GPS at the end of their journey if they’re coming to your hotel. Unless they want to drive across the Buckman Bridge two extra times.
