The facilities and rooms were very nice. Staff was very nice and polite. The area had a lot of restaurants and we felt very safe in the area.
I would have liked an extra towel and toilet paper in the room. The breakfast was not very good but we understand, this is the same type of breakfast all hotels offer for free.

Great location, great facilities!
The plastic plants all over the hotel, makes the property looks cheap and the front desk staff with no uniform look unprofessional.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean. 24 hours coffee and tea was very much appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and a variety of items.
The only criticism is that the chairs in the rooms and at breakfast were not comfortable. The room chairs were really low and hard to get out of. But that could be personal preference.
