Residence Inn by Marriott Jacksonville Airport

This hotel has a lot of money invested in furnishings and fixtures. It is grubby and needs to be cleaned.

The check in clerk was adamant about adding a $60 charge to each room, amount to be credited at the end of our stay. I checked my credit card bill to discover a remaining charge of $102.56. Hotel contacted with a request for credit on Sep 30, 2026.

We had to move rooms due to the mildew smell and black molded vent. Water damage under the cabinet. Lots of rust. 2nd room was much better.

Staff is good

Room is not good. We book double queen bed and they given single queen bed. I was so restless so I cant go back and ask.

Overall friendly staff and nice bar area.

Hot tub was ¿broken¿. Pool heater was ¿broken¿

Location was good, and the breakfast tasty. Staff very friendly. The cook kept the breakfast room very neat.

The shower wouldn¿t drain, so we couldn¿t take showers, the sheets were dirty, the shower curtain shredded, greasy fingerprints all over the cabinets, food under the pull out couch, dingy sheets for the pull out couch, no shampoo, cond. in dispensers.

I have charged twice. I paid the amount through the app, and paid at front desk

This room was very clean and well maintained. The parking and entry to the room was convenient. Very quiet.

The breakfast was less than what I expected. The only meat offered was small slices of ham that were not very tasty.

The staff was very helpful, professional and attentive. The room was a good size, full kitchen, nice bathroom/walk in shower, comfortable bed.

TV did not have a broad variety of channels, none in Spanish. Breakfast was not the best and there was not vending machines but a mini convenient store at the lobby which was very expensive.

Nice pool area. Great breakfast with a great "breakfast lady". I would definately go back anytime.

We checked in late and had the best guy ever check us in.

Not a thing

I was only there for my grandmothers funeral The women at the front desk made a racist comment after I requested to stay another night she didn’t help ….i immediately changed my mind anyway took my daughter and grandson elsewhere I was so shocked I was speechless

The staff at Jacksonville Airport location was exceptional! This was our first time traveling with pets and the stay here made it so comfortable.
