Do not stay here!!!!! Horrible hotel . Room is terribly humid and smelly. Bathrooms are broken down. Awful experience

Polite staff

Dog wandering 2nd floor hallway in morning; no other persons or doors open in hallway; unclean hallway carpets; broken sink drain; no food at all for breakfast except 1 piece of toast and 4 bagels at 9:00 am..

The fact I had to change rooms twice due to bad smell and soggy carpet from air-conditioning.

Lobby was clean, nighttime staff was very friendly.

Our room was extremely moist. Lots of conversation in the room. The sheets felt wet. And you could see condensation on top of the dressers. There was also a dirty sock in the desk chair.

Poor cleaning, terrible customer service and management, no cold water available in the entire hotel

Yes, no cold water available in the entire building. Dirty tub with hairs on the walls, poor management. Had the "manager" showing all her cleavage at the front desk. So distasteful, and she lacks customer service skills based on the phone call we had.

The TV area was a bit dusty and the tub was not draining.

I thought it was a really nice feature to text me and if I needed anything I could just text back. That was cool.

Room was dingy. Bathroom door was broken. Last guest hair in shower. Window blinds didn?t work properly. Front desk wasn?t all that friendly. But great location.

That night, we found a large cockroach crawling on the bed while resting, and the loud air conditioning made it hard to sleep. We have proof and request a refund for this unacceptable stay.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and had great customer service.

The bed was a little too firm for my liking but all went well for a one night stay.

They had bugs and we had to change rooms twice because of bugs. They didn't care that we were inconvenienced. This hotel needs to be updated. It looks rough compared to other Hapton Inns.

Great location

Air conditioners were broke on the floor. Hot hot. roaches found dead in the room. room was not very clean or bathroom very clean Breakfast was not very good.

I have pics of roaches, tooth picks, soap scrum dirty rooms! The elevator was broke had to carry 5 people?s luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The ac was not working on our floor the whole 4 days. Had to leave a day early due to roaches! Not happy!! Refund!

Comfortable bed and nice TV.

This hotel had more electrical outlets than any hotel I ever stayed in. It was modernized recently except for the heat. They did most things right.

The heat was not controllable, and the hot water was very hard to control.
