Customer service cleanliness, good food breakfast

I have to go to Mayo for appointments and this hotel is perfectly located to the clinic and shops for anything needed. Everyone is always very nice and the hotel is always quiet and very clean. The rooms are very nice and relaxing.

Location to Mayo is great. Also not far from restaurants and shopping center for groceries. Hotel was very clean, as was the room itself. The room was very comfortable and it was great to have the kitchen.

It is a beautiful place! It is also one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in! The staff was friendly. The only negative is the location of tv. It is so low it is difficult to see it when in bed. It definitely needs to be raised! I would def stay here!

Including location, room, modernness this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in lately.

It would be nice if breakfast was a more varied on different days and the time extended to 10:00 am.

Stayed a week, had been requesting housekeeping since I checked in. After I contacted the gêner manager and Bonvoy I finally received housekeeping after the 3rd day I was there.

Liked wheelchairs available in lobby, shuttle to Mayo Clinic Very clean and attractive , especially our room. Staff was great.

No complementary coffee in lobby for guests, breakfast was cold and lacking variety.

spent 3 days here was going to stay one more day but was book up close to mayo clinic which was nice

Very Convenient location to Mayo Clinic, a 5 minute drive . New facility, Clean , comfortable, staff friendly and welcoming.

Need a couple more lights or lamps in the queen suite. Not as well lit as I need to read etc

First and foremost, the staff. They are friendly and accommodating. I like the location close to Mayo. I'm a patient there and the Residence has a community feel to me. The hourly shuttle to and from Mayo is a big draw from me as well. All the rooms have kitchenettes, which I love because I'm a healthy eater and prefer to make my own meals. I use Instacart.

Location, the area is really beautiful, and quiet, the hotel is beautiful as well.

The air conditioning was really noisy, and it wasn’t really in good shape, it didn’t cooldown much, the pillows smelled like dirty hair, they were white, they look clean, but they smell bad.

The staff!!! They are like family. I'm a patient at Mayo Clinic and I love the welcoming environment. The shuttle to and from Mayo is convenient and a big plus. The rooms have kitchenettes so I have a choice to make my own meals or eat at the restaurant.

Everything was great.

The coffee provided during the day and hot water were only ever warm. Didn't stay hot.
