Harbourside Resort, a New Hotel Collection Property

We have stuff to do that, we don't have to leave the hotel.

Didn't like we had to pay extra to go to splash park. Jimmy aguana's food was gross and expensive. Wish the rooms were a little bit cheaper.

Convenient location

Outrageous pricing, and doesn?t include pool

Pleasant check-in and check-out process. I loved that you don?t require an extra hold on card. For that reason and location alone I will always book there when in town.

There was a bug I had to kill crawling on the bed.

Pool

They came into room unannounced multiple times while we were sleeping. I had a teenage daughter, to ( see if anyone is in there) housekeeping throw our stuff away, they constantly said we haven't paid(we did) finally ,.........email or call me please

Location maybe

The ads lead you to believe that the pool and water park are a part or at least included in your hotel stay, they are not. Service sucks. Tv was broken. Not worth the price.

Nothing really. Had to cancel this stay, as it wasn¿t at all what is advertised. Elevators didn¿t work, and was required to pay a daily charge for each one of us to access the pool, as it¿s owned by another company.

False advertisement, cancelled this reservation. For parking they literally asked me to park on the street, elevators didn¿t work and as soon as we arrived they requested additional charges for each family member to access the pool that they don¿t own.

The staff was so amazing; very friendly, warm, and accommodating! Nothing but pleasant smiles!

Worst lightning ever! Hopefully you don¿t have to shave or do makeup cause you¿ll be doing it in ¿basement lighting¿. The door to the room took 2 people to open and close. The room did have a mini-fridge but smelled moldy. And LOUDEST neighbors at 6am

It was underwhelming

The bed was broken but fixed quickly. The AC was broken. That did not get fixed so 2nd night was miserably hot. Shower temp was terrible, kept fluctuating between too hot and cold. Falsely advertised as waterfront. Too far from beach.

NOTHING!!! HORRIBLE! This hotel is NASTY! The carpet is disgusting, walls are black, moldy shower curtains, hair in bathroom, door didn¿t even shut all the way and bugs!!! Hotel refused to refund me. Now having to dispute it. Total nightmare.

Do not book!!! This is the worst hotel!!! Absolutely disgusting. Not safe! Our door didn¿t even shut properly. Bugs!!!! Do not book this crappy hotel!

We liked employee, the Concierge for the resort. He was the best Concierge we have ever had. He told us all about how to maximize enjoyment during our stay at Harbourside - Indian Rocks Beach. The hotel was right in the middle of everything. We enjoye

The bedroom window shades & toaster were broken. The HVAC didn't work correctly, the kitchen wasn't well appointed with pots & pans, knives (dull), no mixing bowl, only 3 glasses, & the wood floors were warped & buckled - could be a danger

The hotel room was a king suite and that was about the only thing good about this hotel the location sucked. There was really nothing around it. You had to drive to go down to Clearwater Beach.

We did not like how they advertise the hotel is located in Clearwater beach because it is not. We was not happy of the location of this hotel. It was in Indian rocks. Clearwater beach is more like 8 miles down the road thats clearly false advertisement.

We loved the water park and the close distance to the beach. Staff was super friendly and very helpful with recommendations on other beaches/attractions to visit. We are already planning our next trip.

I made the assumption that I was paying a premium for the hotel in order to get water park passes for all of us... that is not the case. Each room comes with a specific number of passes and then you need to buy additional.

Location

We paid more for a 3 night stay than our friends. Both through same reservation site. They had deck, kitchen, etc and we had 2 double beds and bathroom. Terrible. No fitness center. Dirty room

Great location. Couple blocks from Indian Rocks Beach. Right in the middle between the very popular and very busy Clearwater and St Pete beaches. Indian Rocks is still. Beautiful beach.

No signs directing people to where the lobby is. No signs directing people to elevators. 1 elevator didn¿t work. Dead rat in the bushes. Dirty floors in the room. Small TVs. Mismatch TVs . Remote battery covers broken. Scuffed paint. Mold in showers.

I liked the location as it wax steps away from the beach. Close to restaurants and stores.

I liked everything about this hotel and will stay again.

Ready access to places to eat

Staff was argumentative. Threatened me, called me names, ride. General manager I believe, offered an apology only. Refused to give me a refund or do anything to fix it. She did say I was more than welcome to leave anytime. Black moldonshowerhea

I texted for towels at 10:00am. Came from the beach at 7:00pm and the towels still weren¿t dropped off! We had to wait an hour & 15 mins I was told the water park was apart & included in my reservation. That was false advertising! I would NEVER refer

This reservation was Not what what¿s advertised! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! The room was dirty, the shower curtain was so disgusting w/Mold & mildew! NO TABLE for my kids to eat! No luggage rack! I hurt my back because it had to stay on the floor!
