TC in the restaurant.

Needs lots of TLC. Torn curtains, and broken door locks. Staff not knowledgeable about the do's don'ts. Waking up to load construction on the property with no warning, Shower floor would not drain, I could go on and on. Very disappointed.

SO many issues, Room wasn't ready till AFTER 9PM! hotel tried to double charge me, still waiting in a refund from them. Manager didn't want to handle guest, she kept hiding in the office.

Old very dated room smelled like mildew Only one bathroom Balcony door was jammed the whole trip they did offer to move us to another room though but we were already unpacked so didn?t want to move

The only good thing about this hotel is that you could walk to the beach from it.

The rooms smelled awful. People sit outside the rooms and smoke all through the foyer area. The water leaked into the room from raining and got our bags wet that were on the floor. I'm pretty sure the carpets were all moldy, too. Everything run down.

Room had musty smell. Not very clean. TV too small/low/far away to be seen from bed. Needs updated. Upholstery had stains. High resort fee.

My room was old and dated compared to the rooms of friends. Also, I killed a few roaches.?but I know that comes with staying in Florida.

the location of the hotel is very good as well as the cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms.

We had breakfast included but as it was not in the system they did not give it to us. they did not show any willingness to do it, we asked the supervisor but she did not even want to know what was going on.

This was by far the worst Holiday Inn property I have ever stayed in. The property is in need of a deep cleaning. The mattress in the first room was stained with what appeared to be blood. I was moved to another room and found another stained mattress.

The staff were all amazing from top to bottom. Room was very nice and if we didnt have rain everyday it has a ton to do.

The staff was friendly and polite. The location and access to the beach was better than we expected.

Advertised fishing on site but no fishing was allowed on premises. Missing smoke detector, room was very outdated, air conditioning was loud, and was given a room right next to the bar are so was very loud. Would not stay again

A lot to be desired. The place needs a big update. I think maintenance is non existent there.. shower control valve half ass worked sometimes, bathroom wall paper coming off peeling¿ The furniture was way out worn through.

Rooms smelled like pee. We moved once and it still smelled. The room was nasty especially the carpet.

1 elevator and always booked. Room was tiny compared to my daughters and I booked both. Good service was terrible
