- For it being a lower star place I was surprised by the cleanliness.
- We went to the hotel and there was not a sign of starfish hotel. A sign was posted in a wall directing me to another location for check-in. At the check in location, another name for a different hotel (Hollywood Hotel) was introduced and the staff was!
Cons -
- Just the air time for check in but understand there¿s a lot of people
- They charge extra for parking, which isn't the most clear. Plus tax, which is also not communicated anywhere until you get there, so expect to spend more than what you think. Buildings are somewhat old and outdated.
- The staff was rude and not helpful and they wanted to charge again for the hotel fee because my husband paid with his card and it was not acceptable to them. I refused to pay again and decided to leave the premises. I did not stay in this property!!
