Clean room , free parking, nice breakfast

Checking in and out was a breeze. I stay here each time I go to Miami. Never a problem.

My room bathroom floor was sticky. But taken care of.

The cleanliness, hospitality and friendliness of the staff.

My room smelled strongly of mold, and I ended up with a sinus infection shortly after which may be related to that smell. The hotel staff was not very helpful and getting my issue resolved. I?m still trying to get some sort of resolution from the hotel.

Location, free parking and breakfast. Hotel employee at the front desk was awesome.

I booked a king. I I get to the room and realized they have me a double bed. I get back to the lobby the lady lies saying her system froze and tells me no kings available we over booked. Refused to let me speak to a manager or give me a proper solution

The receptionist was awesome! She accommodated me with an early check-in and late check out due to special circumstances. Her customer service is top notch!

Only had one waffle machine for a hotel with 8 floors . Needs more seating at breakfast area.

A little worn in some areas, check out time was 11:00am and I had 2 people knock on my door between 11:00 & 11:08. Ive never felt so rushed to leave a hotel.

The staff at Hampton are stellar! You cannot ask for more accommodating friendly people. They saw an error in my booking and corrected it without me having to ask. I am so grateful to them for great customer service. Free breakfast/snacks and parking.

The location wasn't in the best area, but that is no reflection on the hotel.

Everything was actually very good. The only thing I noticed, which I have seen as a trend in most hotel stays lately, is the carpets in the common areas (primarily the hallways) could use a shampoo or some repair. The room, however, was in impeccable.

We would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our accommodations. The room was clean, the breakfast food was delicious and the location was perfect.
