Pros +
- Staff was very rude
- Breakfast was okay, but the pancake machine was out of order, which was not ideal.
- Spent a week there nice place good breakfast.
Cons -
- had to change rooms because of a power outage in our room. had to wait about 30 min to get into another room. not much to choose from for Breakfast. We were there for at least 30 minutes and still no eggs or potatoes. Understaffed only 1 person getting everything ready.
- The TV didn’t work when we got to the room. Had to call the front desk and was told to unplug the wires from the back for 30 seconds. That didn’t work but I eventually figured out the right button on the remote to get it working. The room phone was not programmed to call the front desk despite having a button labeled “front desk”. That was annoying
