Checking in was ridiculous. Over 3 hrs waiting

Was not given the handicapped room that I reserved, tub would not drain, no soap or shampoo, room was not clean. The guy doing breakfast in the morning kept touching on the food with his bare hands without washing them first. Overall, just not a good exp.

Absolutely NOTHING

Everything. It was filthy, the room was musty, moldy and the dehumidifier and air conditioning wasn't working correctly. The elevator was filthy. The ice machine on my floor wasn't working. At 1 am I had to go to the third floor to get ice. Dirty sheets

Convenience and nice location. Clean and friendly staff. Prompt to resolve issues ( my microwave had some issue and it didn't take that long to have it replaced or serviced)

Yes last night after my hotel was already paid I was charged an additional $171. And was given an handicap room. After spoken to representative about the issue it was determined that I was correct. But the hotel didn't correct it

Breakfast

The room towels were small and the bathroom needed updating. Bathtub caulking was coming off and old. Walls had stains on them. In the second room, no bar soap and small towels.

The first day was very disgusting blood on the wall stains, and everything else I do have pictures to confirm, was forced on paying more money when promised the free upgrade the next day not happy at all will not stay there again did not have a choice

Room didn't even have a clock. Walls looked banged in to and dirty. When I called to ask why I couldn't connect to internet, could not understand lady on phone because of heavy accent. Breakfast was subpar.

Clean.

I've never stayed at a hotel that advertised an airport location that did not provide shuttle service to the airport. The check in was virtual with people working the front desk which was strange.

Proximity to the airport

First and foremost the website said it had an airport shuttle. Once we arrived. We were told they had ended their shuttle several weeks ago so we had to incur an additional charge for an Uber to the airport. They put a $150 hold for incidentals.

Location

No one at the front desk. Managed by a kiosk/you stepped in front of it/to check in. A live person appeared. Felt unsafe. The towels/bedding old tattered, lamps had stains ,corner bathroom questionable. Windows/ curtains stained. No shuttle as described.

Location,close to airport and a favorite restaurant

No shampoo,soap,water pressure! Dogs barking in hallway late at night! Breakfast ended early,staff rushed to to have people leave.

No murders happened

Virtual check in on a video screen, no human in reception, felt unsafe. Room was freezing, unable to adjust temp & no extra blanket. Breakfast from 8-9:00 am. No airport shuttle at Airport Inn. Basically no services or amenities for $--- night.

Close to the airport

Check in via machine Very impersonal and not the best situation for a single woman - having to broadcast to the whole lobby: name and # of persons staying in room

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating The rooms are clean and the breakfast is pretty good. We often stay there and will continue to do so.

No,not at all. Everything was beyond our expectations, especially the customer service. Thank you hotel employees for all that you do!!

Friendly staff, good breakfast, and very well kept property

Staff was friendly and responsive. Hotel and room was clean. Proximity to airport was great.

Despite having smart TV in the room the hotel only gets an analog signal so picture quality was terrible. Also the satellite provider does not carry CBS. Problem as we were planning to watch the NFL playoffs- had to watch on our phones.

There is nothing good about this hotel. I have a service dog and the owner of the hotel is money hungry and he wanted to throw my dog out have a lawsuit that he cannot throw a service dog out so I left the hotel and went to the quality Inn where its a be

This is not a pet friendly hotel. The owner wanted to throw my service dog out would have a lawsuit so I left that hotel and went to another. Also he wanted to charge me $150 for dropping food on a sheet he called it destruction of property,

Cleanliness and host

Breakfast wish they had a little more variety like bacon and orange But besides that it was great!!

Staff was friendly and quick to fix problems.

When I got to my room there were no towels, all 3 shower dispensers were empty and the tub was clogged and no do not disturb sign available. They fixed all of those things. The worst part though was there was no water pressure in the shower

Location to airport

Hotel had a strong smell of chemicals either cleaning or paint. Furnishing were old and showed wear and tear. Paint splatters on light fixtures. Sheet rock unfinished in room. Bathroom fixtures with rust.
