- The air conditioner was very noisy and maintenance had to come fix it.
- The location was very convenient for getting to FGCU, shopping, and restaurants.
- Attitude of breakfast server very positive

- N/A
- Place looked tiered with ragged flooring. One elevator out- not so good if not on first floor. No attendent on arrival at 11:15 PM , Not fresh or clean looking like my previous experience with Garden Inns.
- It’s a half hour from the beach
