The young lady at the front desk who checked us in was very helpful and pleasant.

None of the ice makers worked on any of the floors, the bed was loud (springs sounded rusted and made loud noise every time I got in and out of bed), and the valet attendant seemed very disinterested upon our arrival.

No food, roof top bar a joke and pool area very small

The room was stylish and had a nice view. The mattress , pillows and sheets were excellent. The bathroom and shower was excellent. The location is wonderful.

There is no hotel specific parking. Parking is on the street and there is a text to pay set up that is reasonably priced and works well. Once we figured it out parking was fine.

Pool and roof top bar closed. Lobby bar not open. Amenities weren't enough to justify price. Very over priced for what offered.

The old historic nature of the building and great location.

Did not have free parking.

No valet parking or self parking which meant I had to park 1-1/2 blocks away in a parking garage which sucks. The hotel is under construction/remodel and looks terrible. The room was beat up and not very clean. Terrible experience.

The staff was OUTSTANDING! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The location was great for our needs. We wanted to explore downtown Fort Myers and everything was within walking distance.

The air conditioning was louder than expected but we sure are happy we had it as it was very hot while we were in Fort Myers

There was some function going on that took up the entire lobby area. It was so loud you couldn’t hear the desk staff. Music played all night long and I was unable to sleep at all !!!!

Location was great to a fun downtown area. Very friendly desk staff, and comfy bed.

Our room would have a smell of gasoline at certain times of the day. Below us was a rooftop with generators, so it likely came from there. It did not happen at night, and we were out most of the days, so it was just a mild annoyance.

On Friday night they had a DJ playing loud music. This could be heard in our room 2 floors down!

They put 50$ charge on my cc at ckin for no reason. No fridge in room. Parking rules a ripoff. Got stuck in garage when departing. Hotel staff had key but told me "good luck you're on your own." I had to call police to get out. Lobby smokers allowed.

The staff was wonderful! the valet and the young night security guard (sorry can not remember his name) Met him for the first time at 3 am when I was leaving for the airport. He was so kind and helpful with my Uber drive.

The water pressure in the shower was none existing on the 6 th floor! And instead of a 30 minutes shower I ended up spending almost 1 hour trying to get my hair washed and the soap of my body.

Location, some of the employee's were great. But a couple front desk employees were not.

They offer free valet if handicapped. I had to ask for it after it had been put on my bill. Then it was removed. Handicapped permit was hanging the whole time. Had no regular coffee in my room asked for some and was charged $1.00 each for them.

Staff was very rude and not accommodating. Didn't stand by the check in time stated online . We were there for an Fternoon wedding and had planned on dressing in the room but they didn't care we where were going to change. Never offered an area, angry!!!

The location to our son's wedding was perfect Room was nice, once we got in it

1) couldn't check in early or even at 3pm as the website stated 2) staff uncaring and uncooperative 3) staff argued check in was at 4p no matter what website stated 4) booked a room with 2 queen size beds and got one with a king

The view from the windows was terrible all you could see was roof tops there was no Sweetner for the coffee that they offer in the room the air conditioner was very noisy did not sleep well with it going on and off the television was placed in an awkward

I liked my room, and I liked the location, and the activities around the hotel. I really liked the roof bar and pool.

I did not like that there was no coffee in the lobby 24/7, or that my coffee pot in my room didn't work and didn't get replaced when I asked for it to be. The water pressure in the shower could be better also.
