It’s a nice hotel but my room was not as nice as other rooms there at the same price

No microwave in the rooms only a refrigerator

It was very nice, and room was great. Staff in restaurant and bar were so nice. Extremely nice hotel.

Nothing, Peter who helped with our luggage coming and going was great.

Good location

When we got in to the room the toilet seat was broken which I thought would have been noticed by whoever cleaned the room. Anyway I asked the reception if they could get it fixed while we had dinner they said yes but when we went back to the room a few hours later it had not been done. So in the morning I asked the maid and it was fixed not a big problem but should really have been checked before we arrived.

Beds are slightly uncomfortable.

The smell of the hotel, the size of our room, and the cleanliness of the whole hotel. Plus the location was fabulous.

Room was nice, bed a little soft and bathroom was OK.

Did not find the reception staff very helpful, service staff were way better.Valet parking is not mentioned upfront and I found this cost to be very high.

Very nice hotel, lovely views of the beach from our beach front room. although we didnt use the pool or any facilities other than the bar, the pool looked very nice. Bar staff and front of house very friendly. Location to restuarants ok if you don't mind a walk which we didnt and was only 15-20 mins all flat.

it covered what we needed so there wasn't anything that i could say i didnt like.

Disappointing stay. Room needed attention. Broken side lights and electrical outlets, safe needed to be fixed on arrival, refrigerator noisy. Food quality in restaurant poor. Hotel is understaffed especially pool service. Priced at $500 a night we expected a much higher standard. The location is great but everything else fell short of expectations.

Absolutely beautiful property right on the beach. Loved the spacious oceanfront suite to see a gorgeous sunrise. Bath had double vanities. Gorgeous orchid display in the elevator lobby. Brunch was delicious with amazing views. Staff was welcoming and informative. Complimentary shuttle service is an added value.

That we had to leave. Would have stayed longer but the price for the following night was over our budget.

Perfect location, amazing staff- very accommodating. , spacious rooms, modern everything!

Expensive drinks. Iguanas in pool/lazy river area. For my son this was a pro, con for me.
