I had to cancel reservation while there because there were small oaches on bedside lamp in room

There were roaches in room, I could not stay at hotel. I need a refund

I went to the room and some one still at the room and they took 50 deposits and I don’t see in my account back to me

Staff was great.

I got bit by a spider one night while sleeping. The carpet was filthy, leaving bare feet black. The bed skirts were dirty and stained. The sheets were washed but stained. The carpets need to be washed. The pool water was low and it needed to be cleaned.

The bed had the wire frame exposed and rusted through the fabric on the edge of the mattress

Many homeless in the immediate area and some druggy people hang out there but we had no problems and there were plenty of cameras and a gate to help

The cleanliness of this hotel not just inside but outside the bushes and trees nice and trim no trash on the grass Fred the maintenance guy is a very hard worker

Breakfast was late the day I left so I wasnt. Able to eat before my flight.

Sheets and bedding were clean. Front desk worker was very friendly.

Our A/C didn¿t work. The room and hall smelled terrible. The breakfast room was not large enough to accommodate the guests wishing to eat breakfast. The bathtub was cracked and chipped under your feet. Hotel needs some updates and deep cleaning.

The rooms could be upgraded and also found 2roaches in my room.

There were bugs in the room. And I was disturbed 3 time hours before it was time to check. Price per night was moor that the room was worth. Continental breakfast was finished before the time.

Short distance from local shops and the airport. There is a gas station within walking distance.

I overpaid for my stay at La Quinta Sawgrass as it was Super Bowl weekend and prices were at peak. The hotel itself is old, dated and smelled of mildew. The desk chair was filthy. Should have checked out immediately, however, wasn't in the room much.

The room was dirty. Human hair was on the bed, the room was warm. We left after 20 minutes. I requested a refund because of this inconvenience. Still nothing

My room was clean, the area was nice and the value fit my budget. Breakfast was good.

I wish the swimming pool was clean. I wanted to swim, but the water in the pool were not clear.
