- It was filthy, not a 4 star at all. Difficult to move karound the property, the tower was closed, has been for over a year, under going refurbishment. The bed made noise with every movement, was very uncomfortable. Really deserve a full refund.
- We had a very long walk from the lobby to the room. It was difficult dragging our luggage that long a distance.
