- Location to cruise port.
- New and in good location
- The hotel was nice and clean but 2 main issues ruined our trip
Cons -
- Their promised shuttle service was not running on time. Waited over 45 minutes for a shuttle and was treated with poor customer service.
- Only one elevator was working. Lights in the room were too bright.
- 1 working elevator made for a logistical nightmare, 30+ mins to get an elevator. We were traveling with 5 people for a cruise w/luggage. My daughter had to sleep on a sopping wet sofa bed mattress, they offered no remedy but more blankets
