Very comfortable bed, pillow and linens. Me and my parents had a great night there.
I felt there was a lack of information and attention at the reception. I had to ask where the elevator was and also for the Wi-Fi password.

fairly comfortable room, good price, conveniently close driving distance to many restaurants and airport.
room was not ready for MANY folks until 4 pm despite check in time of 3 pm - desk clerk kept on lying about them being ready in a few minutes. Coffee despite being ground to order was low quality and lacking in flavor. Neighborhood was light industrial.

The location is great! The staff is always willing to help everybody. The manager Greg is the best hotel manager I've ever met. He came out to introduce himself and every morning he walked around during breakfast asking the guests if everything was ok. That makes a great manager and an awesome hotel.

I had a great experience staying at the Avid Hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to Alina Dellanos, she was exceptionally kind and accommodating.The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very conveniently located near the airport, which made our travel plans so much easier. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and easy access to the airport. Will definitely return!

Nice accommodations, the esthetics were pleasing, staff were professional and friendly. Location wasn't bad, just seemed like it was in an industrial part of the city, but was still close to where you need to get to. Would use again...
Location... mattresses too soft, no microwave in room. Didn't like the floors in room, but that's just me being picky!

Front desk at midnight was amazing. Room were very clean. Free shuttle to airport was great! As was breakfast! Washroom in main floor and garbage cans on 3rd were overflowing with garbage. Otherwise fantastic spot and great value.
