- Proximity to the Hertz arena, Outlet shopping mall, and restaurants was perfect!
- The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted me and acknowledged and thanked me for being a Hilton Rewards member. The room was clean and the free breakfast was delicious.
Cons -
- I didn't care for the body wash and body lotion provided. The product was substandard and the lotion bottle was empty. Holiday Inn Express provides guests with Dove products, a much better choice.
- Minor repairs needed in hotel room
