- I love that the hotel was at a wonderful location with a lot of different stores and restaurants.
- The staff at the desk was amazing no matter what time we came in or left.
- 1st time visiting. Very nice

- I did not like that. The property was under renovations, which did not have the restaurant area open doing the evening only for breakfast. This was my main reason for booking the room at the Hyatt because I thoroughly enjoy the food and drinks.
- The construction noise and the inconsistency in the AC in the building as a result of the AC.
