Friendliness of the staff at the front counter and in the morning there was a woman cleaning the carpet from previous breakfast rush and she was very nice and could tell she cared about what she was doing .

The pricing could be better . Especially since we stay at this hotel very frequently when I come down to see my daughter.

Arrived late in day so didn?t notice dirty bedding but in morning was horrified with pillowcases stained and bedding had debris and chunks of black rubbery stuff on it.

The hotel was very clean as well as the rooms. The pool was refreshing. Front desk was friendly and inviting.

Would of been cool to have a little bridge or walkway to the outlet malls from the back of the hotel. Not really a "dislike" though.

Customer Service at the hotel was par excellent . We were there for my father's 100th birthday and they acknowledged us with the courtesy of placing his information on the marquis in the lobby. Any issues with our rooms were addressed speedily.

Although they were at capacity the night I stayed as well as the next night, they were able to offer me a late checkout. I had gotten the best sleep I've had in months!!!

The location was handy for a wedding nearby.

The bathroom was not good. Toilet was very short, shower was very old, and the metals were all rusty. Sink either barely ran or exploded, no good setting.

Definitely the location. Food, shops, convenience stores all in very close proximity to the property.

Convenience to interstate highway, but it is also a clean and well maintained property. The breakfast service has been efficiently adjusted for COVID precautions. The price is reasonable.

The location was great close enough to what you want to do. The room was clean, beds were comfy and relatively quiet at night. No loud traffic sounds!

We stayed there during Hurricane Matthew, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and pleasant during a scary time. We were very comfortable, and would stay there again.
