Best Western Inn Of Palatka

The room was nice, a full breakfast was included, and staff were professional and helpful

It was the cleanest most updated hotel we stayed at in Florida, it was easy to get into and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I did not get a chance to stay at the hotel because my flight arrived late and there was some confusion about smoking/non-smoking room. I thought I requested a non-smoking room and they told me all they had left were smoking rooms.

I did not get a chance to stay at this hotel.

Staff was pleasant and friendly. Free Wi-Fi, pool, and breakfast.

Had to change rooms because the trash had not been emptied and the room smelled musty and wet.

This hotel was not for a family more like a come and go spot now if you wanted to enjoy the room you could not There was men hanging loud all times in the morning that we was woken up cause of the noise they must do construction work it's not for a fami

My room unfortunately had a toilet that ran non stop making it hard to sleep

That we got to leave and found a different hotel.

Systm was down when we tried to check in. Finally got a room. Room smelled so bad like weed and was VERY Smokey. All of our belongings wreaked even after we got to a new hotel. Manager still hasn’t refunded our money.

We liked the location.

Amenities advertised were not functional. A muffin & nature valley bar for breakfast, hot breakfast was advertised. Exercise room was not functional. Pool was closed. Hotel room carpet were absolutely disgusting. No bar as advertised. :(

Staff was friendly, free breakfast.

Vending machine didn't work, one of the towels had a stain, used bar of soap left in shower from previous guest.

It was very convenient to our eventual destination. The breakfast was hot and the staff was very friendly and helpful

The room was too hot, the bed was to the side of the AC unit and it made it difficult to sleep comfortably

we all was very happy with best western in east Palatka. I came in from Ok. and all the girls came in to do pictures. They let us use the breakfast tables and we were there for hours and had a great time. the staff were great.

WE WANTED JOINING ROOMS BUT DIDN'T HAVE ANY,BUT WE GOT ROOMS RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER SO THE TRIP WAS GREAT.

Rooms were clean, spacious and staff was great.

The beds are so high I had to purchase a step stool for my wife to get in the bed, due to here bad back and hips. These beds are too high for anyone handicapped with joint or impaired mobility to jump up into them.

Everything. Breakfast was very good. Room and staff very good.

Perfect location - clean and quiet

Breakfast was really good and had plenty to choose from. The hotel felt safe and the room was relatively clean. The location was perfect.

The hotel room had roaches on the night stand that we saw several times but the room was very clean other than that. When I told the front desk about the bugs they apologized, wanted to know exactly where we saw them and she made notes.

Outstanding breakfast for the money. All hot dishes that changed from day to day. Room was very clean. We had an issue with our toilet that was resolved quickly by the manager.

I got stung by a bee that was hiding in one of the pillows on the bed. That made for a very unpleasant night. I don't know that there's anything that could have been done to prevent it.

Pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed everything about our stay and even decided to stay an extra day. Very friendly staff, best breakfast and very clean. We will plan to stay again in future travels. Mussel White's Restaurant next door was excellent.
