Pros +

Good price for its location. Kitchenette was a plus.
This little gem was perfect! Owner accommodated early check In for ya being in town for a 4:00 wedding! Just amazing overall! Will be back!!!

Cons -

Washer/dryer is available but we didn't have access. TV service was shut off to the room on checkout day. I don't understand why. It would've been nice to watch local news at least since checkout is at 11am.
