Location, staff and deli

The room door was uneven. There was a moldy wet smell on the floor.

front desk is excellent! Breakfast small but well stocked.

Pool towels are a bit worn and could be larger and extra seat in room at table.

Pleasant and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast even with limited selection. Better than you would expect at this price point. Location is unmatched....ocean facing, minutes to the beach and very close to dining, merchandise and sundry stores.

Room was clean but beat-up. Walls had multiple marks; bureau drawers out of alignment; upholstrery needed cleaning. Bath was OK but scant on towels. Shower valves were a mystery so setting a temp where you didn't freeze or get scalded was a challenge.

The beach was a short walk away.

The hotel is old. The business practices are OLD. When we checked in they copied my driver's license (WHY??) and took my credit card info. Later they left a note in our room that they needed more info. When we checked with staff, they couldn't explain...

There?s a lot I did not like with this hotel how about we start with the front desk staff who tried to charge me more than I was supposed to pay and now has my bank account in the negative!

Room had a bad odor, bed sheets old and towels.

The woman who checked me in told me there was a $50 cash parking fee. It was a scam, they charged $15 to the room, & no one would look into it. When I asked, I was told?all black women look the same to white people?

Breakfast was atrocious and an additional daily parking fee. Our bath towels were the size of hand towels and the door to our room had to be slammed to close. Didn?t realize that when we left all our belongings unsecured in the room.

It was filthy the hotel reeked of weed the hotel room smelled like men?s cologne and the bed along with everything else was covered in sand and hair, the guest service is horrible the general manager is extremely rude and does not care about his guest

Extremely poor customer service, antiquated check in system, they don't even accept virtual cards or tap and pay

particularly nickel and dimey, a parking fee daily added, rushed out of room under threat of paying another full day rate Sunday am. Wasnt permitted to use pool post checkout, lenghthy arduous check in process can't imagine had there been several folks .

Location and the morning desk person was one of the nicest person Ive ever met at a hotel

Location. Walking distance to beach and shops. Was nice to have a 7-eleven nearby for snacks and drinks. Hotel itself was clean, rooms were spacious.

Parking fee.

The best thing about this hotel was that it was a VERY short walk to the beach and restaurants.

I really disliked that my room didn't get cleaned each day. I had to ask for towels multiple times each day in order to take a shower. They said they would deliver and two days in a row, we waited over 6 hours each time for towels.

Walkability. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Paying for parking is just a hard thing to do. Id rather they charge an extra $15 a night then add on a parking charge. One elevator for the entire building was rough at times. Being on the 6th floor made it essential so next time Id ask for lower fl

Door deadbolt did not work Bathtub handle broken so water temperature was either scalding or cold or Luke warm Sink was stopped up

Location near everything and beach

Both sinks were backed up. Dirt was coming out of it. Also bathtub was backed up it was disgusting.. also, staff was very rude did nothing about it .

The beach

No towels at the beach, broken appliances at the hotel, poor customer service, poor hospitality, etc

Comfortable bed and room. Hotel employee provided warm service at front desk. Breakfast real fried eggs and sausage as well as make your own waffles. Location was excellent short two blocks from boardwalk and beach with nice restaurants walking distance.

More condiments, fruit and yogurt for breakfast for some variety.
