Hampton Inn Boca Raton/Deerfield Beach

Check in was at 3:00 and our room wasn’t ready until 4:00. Also, I reserved a room that was handicapped accessible for my elderly parents and they said it wasn’t on the reservation in their side but it was definitely on my side which was stated on mine

Good location

Toilet set was loose, not secure. Ice machine on 3rd floor di not work had to use 1st floor machine

Excellent location to I-95, clean, and relatively quiet.

The room door was rather difficult to open. I'm not sure if they're all like this or just the one I had. The handicap accessible shower makes quite a mess in the bathroom.

The employees are outstanding!!

My bed was broken down and leaning, I had to move to the other side away from the night stand. I will not visit this hotel again due to a broken down bed.

The staff very nice and great location near highway but the room need at little work. My toilet was not flushing but great hot water.

Took two days for maintenance to unclog our sink

It was very quiet.

I was asked, back again at breakfast food area on 2nd time entering (weekend staff)& weekday staff member complaining for 2 days about not feeling well & that she shouldn¿t even be there & about her nerves when I asked for syrup(all out) & strawberries.

The STAFF! Everyone I interacted was a 10 star! They were hardworking friendly kind polite and very professional. The common area was very neat and well maintained. Although I didn¿t get to enjoy the pool area looked very nice.

It was way overpriced. My AC didn¿t work. I¿m Florida that should never happen It was very outdated. Carpet linens furniture ALL need to be replaced.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean. 10 minute drive to Beach.

The bed was very comfortable. The size of the room was nice. The breakfast was good.

After a long day we were looking forward to returning to the room for a hot bath and relaxation. Only thing missing¿¿there was some type of problem and there was no hot water. The coffee in the lobby was terrible.

Poor experience. The room had a bad odor. We had to change room. And the new room had a cacaroach in mi son's bed.

Parking was fantastic especially since we were trailering our boat back home! Great service & an easy location just off of the highway.

The clerk who checked us in was rude, then when I questioned her about the room rate, she got really rude.

Attention room everything

I did not like the housekeeping knock my door next morning around 8:30 I was sleeping and also she open it. Checkout is at 11 so I think that was bad to me I did complaint to the receptionist.. but is a nice beautiful hotel to stay.

We have used this hotel before and received exceptional service from the desk, breakfast room and cleaning staff. The location was convenient as well.

I like that the hotel is right off the interstate. They offer coffee and tea at the front desk. The staff is generally overall friendly

My last two visits resulted in me having to switch rooms. The first time, when I flushed the toilet, it filled up with nasty black stuff. This last time, when I flushed the toilet, it never filled back up with water.

Everything was good to excellent but not having wifi in the room, and no resolution, changed my opinion on on everything.

The staff was very courteous and helpful and the free breakfast foods were excellent choices of healthy foods. The room was very clean and we liked the decor. How can I get a king or queen size mattress for my home. It was the best sleep I had in years.

The hotel advertised a heated pool. The pool was not heated at night.
