Front desk staff unwelcoming, bathrooms borderline clean, breakfast area usually dirty and quite minimal in variety, and not worth the price or high ratings.

Guest smoking in the stairwells One miserable front desk clerk who was rude. There's always one at every Marriott property who feels they need to prove some invalid point.

First room assigned reeked of urine. May have had an animal inside. Second assigned room, bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Used washcloths(more than one) were hanging on the shower rod. I was asked, "what would I like for them to do about it"

Very quiet location, & brand new, so facilities were modern & bed comfortable. Hotel is serving a complimentary, self-serve hot breakfast, which not a lot of hotels have gone back to. Comfortable lounge chairs in pool area & outdoor tables on patio

Hot water in shower - I had it turned on max hot the whole time & it never got too hot. Blackout curtains were too short so light came in under them. Not necessarily a negative, but this is in a business park, so pool was smaller & surrounded by parking

Rooms, Breakfast, View and CLEANNESS

It’s a brand new hotel , beautiful inside out, quiet location, I guess the view will improve in time.... I had a great time...overall experience vacation home away from home.. Two thumbs up
