Location, clean

Pool was closed- I specifically asked when I booked it , but it clearly didn’t appear to have been open for a while, ice machine on 3rd floor not working, BR sink drain clogged, tv would go off intermittently or freeze

The location

The room was dirty, hair was all over the bathroom and the shower crtain was dirty

The staff

The pool had a weird mold or something growing in it. The hot tub literally turned my bathing suit another color from chlorine. Kinda gross - we loved everything else.

It was conveniently located off the interstate. Check in was easy. the breakfast was what you'd expect for a hotel breakfast. They kept it supplied & there were plenty of places to sit. We had a room with a king bed & the room was huge

We had a room next to what they called the staff room. Must have meant housekeeping. At 8am there was plenty of loud talking & laughing. I don't think they realize some people might still be sleeping.

Room was clean. Breakfast area was clean.

The AC was not very cool, the carpet by the AC was wet from the condensate leaking. Let the hotel staff know when we were checking out.

Mold on shower head. Noisy AC unit. Very noisy refrigerator. No firm foam pillows

Good room for the price. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and when somethjng ran out the staff quickly refilled. Clean room

We had a horrible experience. When we opened the door to our room, there was someone already sleeping in our room. The Hotel Management was not sure why someone else was ocuppied in our room. This could have been a very dangerous experience.

It was conveniently located for our purposes.

The bed was awful! My wife and I slumped into the middle of the bed. I literally put a pillow under my right should as not to fall into the "pit" in the middle! We are NOT large people... it was an old mattress!

The front desk was very nice. The breakfast was nice too. The room good enough for a one night stay.

The room was well equipped, had a comfortable bed and the front desk clerk was very friendly. I did not take advantage of any amenities. Just needed a place to sleep.

Clean room and the evening front desk (female - cannot recall name) was very friendly.

Dirty pool, AC was not working properly and we were with a four month old baby and very rude assistant manager.

The hotel staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The check-in process was nice and smooth. The hotel was close to the highway and easily accessible.

The kindness, respect, and professionalism of all employees was EXCELLENT! Overall, the rooms were very clean. I just have an aversion to corners that are not as clean as the center of the floor.

I liked everything. My only negative comment would be that while the breakfasts are varied, some mornings did not have options for individuals (me) who are required to eat gluten free. The breakfasts that I did eat were good.

Location. Nice size rooms but very little natural light. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel was out of bath soap ! When we inquired they offered extra shampoo and directed us to a store where we could buy some. No bathmat was provided and an extra towel could not be found. Lamp next to bed didn¿t work as there wasn¿t an outlet.

Our room was facing a Dumpster and we didn¿t get the bereavement price for being there for my Niece Funeral

Close to Sanford airport for early flight.Clean and comfortable beds. Ac quiet. No traffic noise. Everything like new. Breakfast starts at 6! Staff very helpful. Moved us right away to another room next door when tv didn't work.

The staff as a while was excellent. Staff checked me in she was amazing. Staff provided me with extra towels and while I didn¿t get the food staffs name she was great

It may seem silly but outlets. They were usb compatible and the beds were clean and comfy.

The staff was very friendly and curious. This made check in easy.Free breakfast was good,hot and ready to eat. Parking was included and is close to the entrance. We had to check in store late,11:45pm, staff was ready and waiting for us when we got there.
