Loose tiles in bathroom...front desk said they were aware of the problem and were "working" on the problem.....oven wasn't working in kitchen...so selection of food for breakfast was poor

well in the night they are people gathered drinking in the parking. I believe that these people are from the construction in the hotel. because the hotel in remodeling.

The mattress was too soft. I have some back pain and the mattress made it worse so I didn?t sleep well. Also in the bathrooms under the edge of the sink there was some dirt/mold..mostly visible when sitting on the toilet. Few stains on the carpet.

Cleanliness/ staff did best they could but being charged ---- for room and it not being what I booked being told it will take week to change any prices isn't making me happy as a guest. I traveled from daytona to davenport to be disappointed.

One room wasn't what u booked only had a king bed when rent to beds. TV didn't work all stay. Having 2 kids and being on otherwise of fl traveling Having to settle for a room I didn't book is unacceptable.

The personnel were cordial and knowledgeable.

We were moved because the shower handle was striped and would not turn the water on. The second room floor in the bathroom had floor tile loose and it felt like you were falling into the room under us.

Front desk staff was friendly , accommodating and efficient . Definitely went above and beyond.

Breakfast starts at 7am on the weekends instead of 6:30 during the week.

Breakfast was really good

Bathroom had tile that went up and down. Tub leaked, water on floor into the doorway of the room. Let the front desk know about the problem. We didn¿t get moved and the problem didn¿t get fixed in the 2 days we were there. Very poor customer service!

King suite was awesome and so spacious and very clean

Free breakfast was not up to standards ! Only Apple juice was available and they put out a apologize note that other juices are not available. Not sure for hotel like holiday inn getting a juice is not possible ? No Waffle available in the breakfast.

Shower head was broken. Very difficult to take a shower. Needed to leave by 6am so didn't have time to wait for someone to fix. Should have been taken care of before we arrived.

I love the bedrums and the cleanness. Awesome breakfast.

Well they don't provided cap showers and the shower wasn't very good because was a little cold.

very clean breakfast was very good, but items ran out and it took them a long time to replenish.

Hot showers were rare. luke warm at best. Getting into and out of hotel was a major pain. Had to make too many u turns. Nee to access to the lights via other hotel parking lot. dangerous to have to try and get across too many lanes of very busy traffic.

The size of the room was great and the quality of products to use in the bathroom was nice. Having a sofa to sit on was great so that you didn't just have the bed to sit on. The in-room amenities such as the refrigerator and microwave were great to have.

It would have been a plus if there was a tv in the sitting area, but this would be a plus not necessarily something that I see as something I didn't like about the hotel

Very clean hotel and room. The breakfast was excellent and love the option of refilling personal water cups versus ice bucket.

The only thing missing was a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Bathroom was super awkwardly positioned and no ventilation fan to draw out humidity from shower. Also some of our sheets had some stains on it & the bed was not very comfy.

Located right off the interstate very close to where I visit for business. Very clean hotel and a great hot breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend.
