Hampton Inn Orlando-Walt Disney World Resort Maingate South

Housekeeping cleaned the room only once during our four night stay. Twice they took all the towels in preparation to make up the room and never returned. I had to ask them for towels in the hall.

everything was great very clean friendly people breakfast very good.

The staff and breakfast!! Shout out to hotel employee for being such a sweet person!!

A few strange people sitting and walking around the premises.

The rooms are modern, clean hotel rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold breakfast options.

This hotel has everything you need. Nothing extravagant, but decent breakfast, friendly staff, clean pool, little exercise room amd comfortable beds.

I little further from the airport then I expected but still a decent location for highway access.

Room was clean.

Check in was horrible, we got to hotel at 3am due to issues with our flight. Night auditor was Rude, made us wait to checkin and scolded us for standing in front of her while we waited 20 min.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! It was the first time in nearly a decade that there were 4 facecloths, hand towels, and bath towels in a room for 4 people. I look forward to returning here on future visits to the Orlando area!

Its new and very good location, just off highway. Excellent staff. Good break fast and seating.

Rooms are smaller for 2 queen beds. I do not like bathroom door used for closet as well. No lock for bathroom door ???? No space for iron. Need to improve design and little bigger size.

Great staff, excellent Hot breakfast. wish Hampton increase size of room for 2 queen bed and also separate door for bath and closet.

Excellent staff,  was so accommodating for any questions i ask.

The whole place was extremely clean & well taken care of. Excellent location right off interstate. Lots of stores & restaurants close by. Very quiet

Breakfast could have been better

Clean and updated.

Room was unfortunately under laundry room so you could hear cycles at times.

Felt at home everything was very clean 2nd time my family has stayed here we all love it

It was very clean in my room and outside my room. Breakfast choices were awesome for the type of hotel fresh coffee and juices..it was nice coming from a long day to take a good shower in a clean bathroom with plenty of fresh towels that smelled wonderful

Only think I can think of I¿d try stocking up your cooler with beer and wine options so that I don¿t have to stop and grab some from store

The clean room seal on door. The night light in the bathroom. Coffee bar was good. Breakfast was ok. Bathroom lighting was good. Staff was friendly.

Room lighting was not great. Bed not as comfortable as holiday inn. Prefer the microwave and fridge not to be under television.

Friendly staff, very clean, very comfortable.

I did like that the rooms were clean, the staff courteous, and breakfast delicious

The small gap under the room door. was there on business for 2 weeks.

The hotel staff  was very professional and she went above and beyond to make I had room after booking it so late. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Florida

I liked it because it is very clean good breakfast and very good staff

Great location, great staff, super clean hotel!!!

Listed as pet friendly...got there late at night, would not accept pets! Only service animals. So, 1 hour later...we found a new hotel! Not happy.
