hotel curtains did not close completely, bed and pillows were very uncomfortable

t was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. No trash can, blankets, no lighting. All the outlets were not accessibke. Rhe staff wasn't helpful AT ALL. Amenities were listed and they had none of them.

Had roaches, nasty rooms and sheets. Was supposed to get a refund and they charged me.

Nothing still waiting on. Refund No. Breakfast. No. Cleaning ¿¿ room Disgusting

I spent 3 day weekend they do not change or clean the room I was so disappointed l when asked for clean towels you had to wait until they washed the towels and bring them back to you same towels

It was close to restaurants and other amenities. Free internet.

No fee breakfast, no offers of clean towels. Coffeemaker in room leaked and had to be moved to another area for electric. Exterior passageways were dirty, especially stairwells were gross.

There was no TV. No microwave. No fridge. Room smelled musty.

Not a whole lot to like.

It looked like someone vomited on the bathroom door, Not really dirty but needing some TLC, there was about 5 different paint colors on the trim, so easy to clean that stuff up and make it look inviting. No phone/washcloths or housekeeping in 4 days.

Terrible hotel! Half of the lights and sockets in the room did not work, and at night a cockroach climbed right on me! THERE ARE A LOT OF COCKROACHES!

Just a terrible place! Everything in the rooms is so old - the paint is falling off the walls, the sockets don't work, the air conditioners don't work, but the most important thing is the cockroaches! They are everywhere! WOULDN'T WISH THIS PLACE FOR THE

The bed was so comfortable! Best sleep ever.

One live cock roach found in room that got away before I could kill it.

We had prior reservations, we called ahead to make sure a very early check in was okay. We were told it was, when we arrived to the hotel we found out the clerk behind the desk cancelled our reservation without letting us know.

I did not like the fact they sold our reserved room out from under us leaving us no where to stay. Till we were able to check in a different hotel at 5:00am.

Had to change rooms 3 times to find one that had a air-conditioning that worked.

The staff were very accommodating

There was no light in the bathroom, the tv did not work, the door did not work correctly, there was no phone in the room and there were no chairs at the pool.

They do not clean the room except after asking after 2 days only once clean after a week Bathroom not clean at all They do not change the towels You have to ask to change in the front disc Breakfast not available everyday

The staff was friendly

First night, I walked into the room and the second bed didn¿t have new sheets, and the bathroom was dirty. Also pipes were leaking bath water into my shower.

When I showed up to check in one of the staff members was just laying on the couch in the lobby and I think it was the manager was filling his vape and just left what seemed to be someone new trying to check us in
