- My overall stay was good. Wifi connection issue in room 327 and in room 207 the bed need a new mattress. The mattress was sunk inward. Great location
- The staff was extremely patient and helpful. When we arrived mid morning, the front desk was getting slammed with arranging transport to the airport/port, but if there was more than one (wonderful) person working the desk, it would have been less stressful for her and the guests. The king bed we had was so comfortable - the best hotel bed I’ve slept on, and I’m hard to please when it comes to that!

- Tv for Super Bowl in shared area volume did not work - could not hear the game
- Need new mattress in room 207 and wifi was not good
- Just a gentle suggestion that making breakfast included would be a nice perk.

Location to airport and cruise port good.
Cleanliness of room was poor. Room smelled of mold. Carpet had crumbs. Mattress sagged.
