- 1. Valet spot "supervisor" who shooed us off when we arrived at the backdoor of the hotel. Come on, did not even let us stop for 2 minutes to offload luggage and a toddler off the car?? 2. HVAC unit in our room was crazy loud and we could not sleep at all
