Location, cleanliness, friendly staff.

Desk clerk could not find reservation for room even with confirmation number.

Nothing ! The staff was awful. The pool was gross. And the room was dirty.

Pool was wonderful. Breakfast was awesome. Room was very clean. Plenty of shampoo and shower soap. Very nice.

I cannot stand hotel cable systems (any of them) half the time there is no channel guide by the bed & this was the worst bcuz there was no instruction of what button did what, but then again I had a long day & it was probably too taxing for my brain.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy. Great location, close to St Leo University. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were advised it was undergoing renovations when I called to advise we would be checking in late. The person offered us a free upgrade to a newly renovated king size room so we accepted and there weee issues in it with poor workmanship.

The staff and their helpfulness are exceptional. The breakfast was outstanding as was the breakfast staff. This hotel fit our need with regard to the area visit need. Good place to stay!

Friendly staff. Good breakfast, too. The dog walk was great and very conveniently located right outside our door.

The bed was so uncomfortable the fan in the bathroom didn¿t work! The crack in the bottom of the door you could hear everything in the haul way! And all they had was feather pillows and I am allergic to them! I called down and ask if they had anything

Could NOT regulate temperature enter at 8 oclock and it was freezing by 2 it was roasting.

Cleanliness was amazing! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Free Breakfast had items I have never had on a free buffet! Hotel surprised us on many things in a positive manner.

We both said not one thing we would change. The hotel far exceeded the value.

The water had a water stain going down it, desk chair was stained & very nasty & bathroom show chalk was old. Very disappointed for it being a Hampton Inn. Stop staying in them due to money short & finally spent the extra & stayed in one & was disappointe

Pool was green on walls of it bugs floating. Pool chairs worn out . Hilton honors member told guess do not receive anything on weekends except diamond members . If you fly Hilton flag it should be kept at that standard. Not worth the money.

Needs more comfortable chairs by pool. Screws loose on railing by pool.

Staff was very friendly. The room was much larger than expected and very clean. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast area was very clean.

I found nothing wrong with this hotel

The staff made our check in easy. We arrived earlier than expected and were in need of rest. They were able to accommodate this. Thank you.

The front desk staff, very accommodating, friendly, warm reception.

That they didn't clean our room one day, we did leave around noon for the day, but when we returned at night the room wasn't cleaned. Complained to the front desk, said they would give us a credit for the night, at check out I understand they can't.

The beds are very comfortable, room clean and well appointed. Location was great

The water pressure in the shower was weak.
