Hotel is the cleanest and most probably the most well taken care of. You can tell it's owned and are being managed with lots of love. Staff showed courtesy and accommodated my room type request, Charlie and Micaela at front desk are true professionals.
Nice clean hotel. And the bed and pillows were amazing.

Cons -

They do not clean the rooms daily which is disappointing because it is the most expensive hotel in Crestview.
the fact that in spite of the fact that I kept extending my stay, they continued to run my card each day to place a hold on it, rather than treating the existing hold as a continuation. their customer service left a lot to be desired.
The staff was never around. There was blood on the sheete that i slept under. The blooded sheets were in my face as i slept. I reported this to the staff and asked for the manager but the manager did not reach out to me. I will contact corporate soon!!!

Nice stand up shower with no tub!

No one cleaned out leftovers from the small fridge.

Location Parking Rooms were clean & fresh

It was afternoon & housekeeping hadn't checked on room needs. Had to ask for towels. Breakfast attendant seemed unorganized. Oatmeal not ready & coffee not fresh & fruit overripe.
